What are your hours and what types of payment do you accept?

We are pretty much open for floral requests from Monday through Friday. We are also available some Saturdays by appointment or by special request. We are closed Sundays.

We accept Zelle (preferred), cash, or PayPal payments. Once you notify us of your purchase and preferred method of payment, we can send you the relevant information for completing your transaction.

Do you deliver?

We request that customers plan to pick up their flowers as we have limited time/resources for delivery. That being said, we understand emergencies or difficult circumstances arise which may make it hard for someone to pick up an arrangement. We do deliver at times (see more on the “Shop” page when you choose “Delivery Charge”)- but prefer to do so on a case by case basis.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may request a cancellation of your custom arrangement up to 3 days prior to agreed upon pick up date. PLEASE do let us know before then if at all possible so we do not purchase unnecessary flowers for the week. Remember flowers are a perishable product we cannot keep for long!

Why do some arrangements seem to contain more flowers than others?

Some flower stems may have more blooms making it appear that the arrangement contains additional flowers because it looks more full. Prices for flowers sometimes vary from week to week as well (especially around certain holidays) meaning that one week we might be able to add in extra flowers and another week we might have less to work with because wholesale or store prices are higher. Rest assured that we try to keep our arrangements affordable so more people can enjoy beautiful flowers in their homes or give some cheer to someone else.

NOTE: Some flower varieties are also more expensive than others which may mean that you have a nicer or larger focal flower (or longer lasting) but with fewer flowers total.

Do you make floral arrangements for weddings or large events?

No, at this time we do not. We are a very small florist business and may have fewer resources available as well as less experience and manpower than a larger florist would for such occasions. We want your special day or event to be memorable in a GOOD way so have decided that this is the best option currently for us and for our customers. And who knows what the future may hold…

NOTE: We do sometimes help with smaller events or parties and are also open to being a back up florist for emergencies on a case by case basis for events/weddings.
