Refund and Returns Policy

We know you are spending good money for good flowers, and we expect our arrangements to last for 4-7+ days at least (including the day of purchase) AS LONG AS WATER LEVELS ARE KEPT UP. PLEASE NOTE: our vases are often small and packed with flowers and greenery. Because of this, it is VERY important you check the water level every 1-2 days to make sure it stays at 2/3 of the way or more full so all the stems are able to reach water and drink their fill! If you notice significant wilting before that time, please let us know, and we’ll look into providing substitute flowers or a partial (or possibly full) refund. We will likely ask for photos of the arrangement or a return of the dying flowers so please don’t throw them out immediately.
